| Returns & Exchanges Our company offers only the finest products available and we make every effort to meet your high standards for quality products, accurate descriptions, reliable shipping and exceptional customer service. If you should experience a problem, question or concern, please contact us immediately at customerservice@godeysen.com. For returns customer service must be contacted within 5 days of date of receipt of your products. All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of package receipt in order to qualify for store credit or refund. All returned items must be in new, unused condition. All returns must be sent with delivery confirmation and/ or tracking information, we are not responsible for items lost in transit. Shipping fees will not be refunded or credited. A 10% Restocking fee will apply if a Company Credit is quested (Sorry, no cash refunds). The returned item should include the "correct return authorization number", a note explaining the problem, a copy of the original receipt and the appropriate "return shipping address". No returns sent COD will be accepted. |

| Shipping Policy Products that are in stock in the Godeysen warehouse ship within 3 business days. Some products however ship directly from the manufacturer and may require extra time for delivery. In general, you can expect your order in 2 to 14 business days after processing (business days are Monday through Friday, excluding post office holidays), depending upon your location and the location the products are shipping from. For a shipping estimate for a particular item or for any questions regarding shipping, please contact us at customerservice@godeysen.com We currently ship only to street addresses (no PO Box or APO/FPO). |

International Orders
We are happy to ship internationally. The shipping charge for orders to be delivered to Canada is a flat fee of $10.00.
Some heavier items may incur extra shipping costs.
Please be aware that Godeysen, LLC is not responsible for any taxes, duties, or customs fees imposed upon shipments
to other countries. All international order will be shipped by USPS. However, we have no control over how long your
customs office holds onto your package. We are not responsible for packages beyond the port of entry.
All customs forms will be filled out accurately to reflect the total value of your products. We will always indicate
when asked that the package is MERCHANDISE. Please do not ask us to mark "gift" to avoid fees or taxes applied by
your country. If asked to do this, we will cancel your order. No refunds are issued for returns on international
orders, but store credit will be issued.
